Pear ambrosia, dehydrate pears



We dehydrated 6 ripe comice pears last night. I have not done this before. It takes about 20 hours for the slices to become fruit leather. While checking them after 5 hours tasted one and it was warm pear custard ambrosia!. I think next time I will time it for company desert at 5 hours.
