Light up your brain by longhand writing and drawing. Ewan Clayton writes in "The Golden Thread: A History of Writing"that neuroscience has shown that the act of writing lights up parts of the brain not affected by typing. something to do with the part that recognizes motion. These parts also light up when people read script, not typed text. I am guessing that drawing has the same affect.
