Thankful for the gift of art

I am thankful for meadows and woods with their songbirds, bees and butterflies, the color turquoise in sky and stone, the gift of art which has sustained me through thick and thin, the scent and glow of beeswax candles, the warmth of a hand knit scarf, my local library, hand written letters in the mail, my half wild garden, random acts of kindness, and the unconditional love of my family and friends.
